What is inspected?

A home inspection is an objective evaluation of the visible systems and components in a property. James Fronsdahl is a licensed Oregon contractor (CCB #167175) as well as multi state certified. Washington licensed home inspector #0290 and Oregon licensed home inspector #1066.

Because I am licensed to inspect in multiple states, my inspection is tailored to meet the requirements of both Oregon and Washington.

When inspecting in the state of Oregon I follow, at a minimum, the Standards of practice of the state ORS-701.
