Ethics

As you can see reading through this site I stand firm on my beliefs to be educated, reliable, and neutral in all aspects. Being part of two national associations and state certified all of which have their own ethics I must follow. I personally find it discouraging that a code of Ethics is even needed, but in today’s society it is much needed. I come from the old school where a hand shake was all someone needed to do business and all parties did the best job they could. Those days, unfortunately, are almost gone.

When you are buying or selling real estate there are hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars at stake. Sales commissions and families paychecks are at risk. Now days it is all too easy to find an inspector that can be persuaded, we all have heard the horror stories of bad home inspections or blind home inspectors.

This my personal Code of Ethics and my promise to you:

  • I will be a neutral third party and accept no persuasions from anyone.
  • I will not have an interest in the outcome of any inspection.
  • I will not share your inspection report to anyone without permission.
  • I will always act in the best interest of my client.
  • I will not discriminate in any way shape or form.
  • I will do the best job that I can and continue to educate myself.
  • I will act in a professional manner at all times.

Associated Inspection Firm will provide you with a satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you feel I am not living up to my standards, I will personally pay another inspector of your choice to re-inspect the property.
